Install instructions

What you need to do is extract the zip file and open the file, then you need to open the setup.exe then you use that as an installer and make sure it has access to your computer and no it's not a virus then you need to restart your computer and it will be added as a new keyboard layout and it will show up on your taskbar as "ENG". Enjoy the keyboard layout.
